His early professional years included time at Ernst & Young, where he worked as a tax associate. He moved from public accounting into corporate law, taking on the role of chief legal officer at A & J Steel Reinforcing Services. There he handled a range of transactional and compliance matters tied to the construction and manufacturing sectors.
Moss later turned toward business leadership. He founded AM Healthcare Holdings, LLC and served as its CEO.
