Jessica Bromall Sparkman is a partner at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, a law firm based in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Sparkman earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2004. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate studies at Yale University, graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During her time at Yale, she was a member of the varsity lacrosse team.

Notably, she co-chairs Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Group, which handles cases involving trademark disputes, oppositions, cancellations, and appeals before the USPTO's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Ms. Sparkman is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She served on the Advisory Board of the USC Gould School of Law's Public Interest Law Foundation from 2004 to 2009. She is fluent in English and has experience working with clients in various industries, including alcoholic beverages, apparel, footwear, cigars, toys, sports and fishing equipment, restaurants, jewelry, packaging, retail, entertainment, and international educational organizations.
