About Jeremy

Jeremy Worley built a legal path that moves from finance to the courtroom. He started with an undergraduate degree in finance at Baylor University in 1999, then returned to law school and earned his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2008. The combination of finance and law gives him a pragmatic approach to cases that involve complex damages and economic loss.

After law school he established his practice in New Mexico. He is admitted to practice in New Mexico and the Federal Circuit, which allows him to handle matters in state courts and certain federal appeals. Over time he has handled a mix of contested and negotiated matters, often involving long-form legal work and attention to factual detail. He approaches litigation with a courtroom-ready posture but also prepares files and claims for resolution outside trial when that makes sense for a client.

Worley maintains local and statewide professional ties. He is a member of the Chaves County Bar Association and belongs to the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. He takes part in local bar activities and interacts with fellow practitioners on matters of common concern. These memberships keep him plugged into developments in New Mexico practice and courtroom procedure.

His office affiliation is The Injury and Disability Law Center. At the firm he represents individuals who face physical injury or disability-related disputes. He prepares claims, negotiates with insurers and opposing counsel, and takes appropriate cases to court when settlement is not an option. His background in finance helps when his files require careful analysis of lost earnings, future care needs or structured settlements.

Colleagues describe Worley as steady under pressure and attentive to the details his clients need explained. He favors clear, direct explanation over legalese when working with people who are coping with injury or disability. Outside of casework he remains invested in the local legal community through bar association membership and case law study. He currently practices injury and disability law at The Injury and Disability Law Center.
