About Jeremy

Jeremy Hayes earned his J.D. in 2007 from Georgia State University College of Law. He arrived in law school at a moment when many future litigators were refining how they tell a client's story. That early training shows in his work today.

After law school he moved into personal injury practice in the Atlanta area. Over the years he has handled claims arising from automobile collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, and other serious injuries. He represents clients who are coping with physical recovery, lost income and the stress of insurance negotiations. He works to translate those experiences into clear legal claims.

Hayes's day-to-day work balances investigation and negotiation. He reviews police reports, collects medical records, and consults with experts when needed. He prepares demand packages and pursues settlement talks, but he also prepares cases for trial when settlement is unlikely. That combination of preparation and practical judgment shapes how he approaches each file.

He practices at Spaulding Injury Law, operating through multiple offices across the Atlanta region. The firm maintains offices in Lawrenceville, Atlanta, Cumming and Alpharetta. Hayes divides time among those locations, meeting clients in person when circumstances require and handling matters remotely when appropriate.

Clients and opposing counsel describe him as direct and detail-oriented. He tends to keep communications straightforward. In litigation he files motions, conducts discovery and argues hearings in state and federal courts when cases advance that far. He also spends considerable time working with medical providers to ensure records accurately reflect injuries and treatment timelines.

Outside the courtroom, Hayes continues to refine his knowledge of case law and procedure. He follows developments in insurance regulation and injury-related precedent that affect how claims are evaluated and negotiated. That ongoing attention helps him advise clients about realistic outcomes and timelines.

He remains based in the Atlanta metropolitan area and maintains an active practice through Spaulding Injury Law. He currently handles personal injury claims out of the firm’s offices in Lawrenceville, Atlanta, Cumming and Alpharetta.
