About Jereme
Jereme Baker earned his law degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2009. He entered the Colorado legal community shortly after graduation. The academic training he received at Boulder provided the foundation for his early years in practice.
Baker moved into firm leadership fairly quickly. In 2011 he became managing partner at Baker Law Group, LLC. That role has put him in charge of day-to-day management, case strategy discussions and client relations. Over time his responsibilities expanded to include supervising lawyers and staff, setting firm priorities and handling complex procedural issues that arise in litigation and transactional work.
Working in Colorado courts and before local tribunals, Baker has guided matters through motions practice, settlement talks and, when necessary, trial preparation. He practices in a region where state law and local rules shape outcomes, and he navigates those details on behalf of clients. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to courtroom filings and practical when preparing a case for negotiation or trial.
As an office leader he balances managerial tasks with client work. He spends part of his week on administrative duties — budgeting, staffing and firm governance — and the rest on client matters, research and courtroom appearances. That mix keeps him involved in both the business of running a law firm and the day-to-day advocacy that brought him into practice.
Over the years Baker has mentored junior attorneys at his firm and overseen training on courtroom procedure and client communications. He has emphasized practical skills: drafting persuasive briefs, managing discovery and preparing witnesses. His practice has remained anchored in Colorado, where he handles matters that require litigation experience and strategic problem-solving.
As of 2026, Baker serves as managing partner of Baker Law Group, LLC and continues to practice law in Colorado, representing clients and overseeing the firm’s operations. His current practice focuses on providing legal representation and handling litigation and related matters in Colorado.
