Jennifer Therese Campbell is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar on June 1, 2006,. She has been practicing law for over nineteen years, serving clients throughout California, with a primary focus on the Sacramento area.
Ms. Campbell earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating in 2005. During her time at McGeorge, she graduated in the top ten percent of her class and received Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Wills and Trusts, as well as Community Property. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at California State University, Sacramento, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Philosophy, graduating summa cum laude.
Ms. Campbell concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and probate law. She represents clients in matters involving conservatorships, guardianships, and special needs trusts. Her practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. She has appeared in numerous venues throughout California, including the Superior Courts of Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Yolo, Butte, Humboldt, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Alameda, Contra Costa, Orange, Ventura, and Los Angeles counties.
Throughout her career, Ms. Campbell has been actively involved in various professional organizations. She is a member of the State Bar of California and serves on the Trusts and Estates Section. She is also a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and its Probate Section, as well as the Sacramento Estate Planning Council. In 2020, she was certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Trustees for Stanford Settlement, a local non-profit organization serving at-risk children, teens, and seniors. She provides pro bono estate planning services at monthly legal clinics held at Stanford Settlement’s Senior Center.
Ms. Campbell is a native of Fair Oaks, California, and has spent most of her life in the Sacramento area. She currently resides in Fair Oaks with her husband and four children, two of whom have special needs. Her commitment to her community is evident through her active involvement in local organizations and her dedication to providing legal services to underserved populations.
