About Jennifer
Jennifer Noud trained first as an English literature student at Florida State University’s Panama City campus and later earned her J.D. from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. Her undergraduate study sharpened her analytical reading and writing. Law school provided the technical training and court-room practice that would shape her early career.
While at Nova, she was active on the law review and took part in moot court. Membership in the Moot Court Honor Society and the Fleming Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity marked her campus involvement. She also belongs to the Alpha of Florida Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa Society. Those activities gave her early exposure to legal research and oral advocacy.
After law school she entered practice in Florida. She is admitted to the Florida bar and to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She serves as an associate at Parafinczuk Wolf Law Office, where she handles litigation tasks in both state and federal settings. The Florida Supreme Court has certified her as a Qualified Arbitrator for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, a role that adds a neutral dispute-resolution credential to her practice.
Noud’s professional routine combines courtroom preparation, brief writing and client counseling. She prepares pleadings, conducts legal research and participates in hearings and arbitrations. In that work she relies on the trial skills developed through moot court and the analytic habits formed on law review. Her Guardian ad Litem volunteer work exposes her to different aspects of the legal system and to advocacy for vulnerable parties.
Her memberships span local, state and national groups. She holds active memberships in the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar and the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association. She is part of the Young Lawyers Section of the Broward County Bar Association and is affiliated with the Dade County Bar Association. She also participates in the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Defense Research Institute.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in courtroom preparation and steady during hearings. Outside the office she continues volunteer work and remains involved in bar activities that connect legal practice to community needs. She is currently an associate at Parafinczuk Wolf Law Office, representing clients in state and federal court and serving as a certified arbitrator in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit.
