About Daniel E.

Daniel E. Gonzalez grew up drawn to law by a mix of curiosity and a desire to work on practical problems. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame in 2010. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2015. He is licensed to practice in Florida.

After law school Gonzalez began building a practice in the state. He joined Mavrick Law Office, where he has worked on a range of client matters. His day-to-day has included preparing court filings, advising clients on procedural options, and appearing in hearings. He handles factual work and legal research, and he frequently drafts motions and agreements.

Gonzalez is a member of several bar associations. He holds current memberships in the Broward County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Cuban American Bar Association. Those ties have given him access to continuing legal education and local professional networks. He has used those resources to stay up to date on rules, procedure, and practice developments in Florida.

Colleagues describe Gonzalez as methodical in preparation and direct in courtroom presentation. He approaches cases by identifying the core legal issues early and mapping the steps needed to resolve them. That approach shapes how he prepares witnesses, organizes documents, and frames legal arguments. He balances written advocacy with oral advocacy and brings the same attention to both.

Outside of formal memberships, Gonzalez’s experience has been shaped by handling procedural and substantive tasks that come with client representation. He has worked on matters that required negotiation, written pleadings and court appearances. He collaborates with clients to set priorities and weigh litigation trade-offs.

Today Gonzalez practices at Mavrick Law Office in Florida. He maintains an active role in local and national bar groups and continues to handle courtroom work, client counseling, and drafting of legal documents. His current practice focuses on representing clients in Florida in litigation and related legal matters.
