About Jennifer Marie
Jennifer Marie Dahlberg earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in 2012 after beginning her legal studies in 2010. Her time in law school included the routine rigors of coursework and practical training that shape many first-generation practitioners. She completed her degree in the early 2010s and remained in Arizona to start her legal career.
She built a practice rooted in the state's legal community. Over the years she has maintained active ties to local professional organizations and holds current memberships in bar-related and legal groups. Those connections have kept her engaged with colleagues and the evolving regulatory landscape in Arizona.
Her work has been centered in Arizona courts and administrative settings. She has experience handling client matters at each stage of representation, from initial consultation through courtroom proceedings when necessary. Her approach to cases is straightforward: assess the facts, advise clearly, and pursue options that align with a client's goals and the applicable law.
Dahlberg moved into private practice and now works through Dahlberg Law. At the firm she manages intake, client counseling and case strategy. She supervises the practical steps that move matters forward, including drafting filings, negotiating where appropriate, and preparing for hearings.
Clients and colleagues describe her style as practical and matter-of-fact. She tends to break complex issues into discrete questions that can be addressed in sequence. That habit helps create clear next steps for clients, whether they are facing routine matters or more contested proceedings.
Outside the office she remains connected to Arizona’s legal community. Her memberships in professional organizations provide continuing education and a forum for discussion about rule changes, court practices and procedural developments. Those activities also feed back into how she handles client matters.
She continues to practice law in Arizona through Dahlberg Law, handling a range of client matters and guiding people through local legal processes. Her current practice is based in Arizona and operates under the Dahlberg Law banner.
