About Ashley

Ashley Moscarello built a steady legal path from undergraduate study to firm practice. She took an early interest in the structures of law and public policy while at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies in 2012. She continued her training at Chicago-Kent College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2015.

Her education combined classroom study with practical training. At Arizona State she studied crime, governance, and systems of accountability. At Chicago-Kent she engaged in the core doctrinal coursework that prepares graduates for trial practice and client counseling. Those years also provided opportunities to refine legal research and written advocacy skills.

After law school she established her professional footing in Arizona. Over the years she has worked in environments where advising clients, drafting pleadings, and preparing for hearings are part of daily practice. Colleagues describe her as methodical in building case files and deliberate in courtroom preparation. She has handled matters across different stages of litigation, from initial intake through motion practice.

Moscarello’s approach to each matter is practical. She spends time assessing options and explaining them to clients. That style reduces surprises and helps people understand the trade-offs involved in litigation or negotiation. In office settings she has taken on supervising roles for junior staff and has led efforts to keep client files organized and accessible.

Her career has been rooted in Arizona courts and administrative proceedings. That geographical focus means she is familiar with local rules, filing deadlines, and the expectations of judges and opposing counsel in the region. It also means she can respond to client needs across the state, whether for court appearances or intake conferences.

Today she practices at Goodman Holmgren Law Group. At the firm she is part of teams that manage client matters from intake through resolution. Her background in justice studies and a juris doctor from Chicago-Kent inform how she frames issues and prepares legal strategies. Her current practice focuses on serving clients in Arizona through the Goodman Holmgren Law Group office.
