About Jennifer

Jennifer Eldridge practices civil litigation in Illinois. She has built a steady career across plaintiff-side and defense work, handling courtroom matters and client counseling along the way. Her path to law began in southern Illinois and has brought her into federal courtrooms and statewide bar groups.

Eldridge earned her B.A. in Paralegal Studies and Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1998. That early training combined legal support skills with business sense. It informed her approach to case preparation and client communication when she later entered private practice.

Her legal career took shape in 2012, when she joined Phebus & Koester, LLP. There she worked on civil matters and developed practical litigation skills. In 2016 she moved to Williams & Swee, Ltd., where she expanded her courtroom experience and took on more complex files.

In 2021 Eldridge began practicing at Collision Law Offices. The role added hands-on experience with automotive-collision claims and related injury litigation. Over those years she handled discovery, prepared witnesses, and appeared in hearings at the trial-court level.

In 2024 she became a senior associate at Spiros Law, P.C. The promotion reflected a progressive increase in responsibility. Her work now combines case strategy, client advising, and courtroom appearances. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic and thorough when preparing matters for trial.

Eldridge is admitted to practice in Illinois. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and is admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. She holds an Illinois State Bar license. Her professional memberships include the State Bar of Illinois, the Champaign County Bar Association, and the Workers Compensation Lawyers Association. Those associations have kept her current on procedural developments and practical defense and claimant strategies.

Her practice includes workers' compensation and auto-collision matters, along with other civil litigation commonly found in state and federal courts. She handles case development, pretrial litigation, and appearances before administrative and trial tribunals. She is currently a senior associate at Spiros Law, P.C., where she continues to represent clients in civil litigation, including workers' compensation and collision-related claims.
