About Jennifer A.

Jennifer A. Santiago built her legal foundation at Temple University Beasley School of Law. There she learned the fundamentals of advocacy, research and courtroom procedure. Law school shaped how she thinks about cases: precise, evidence-based and attentive to the people involved.

After graduating, Santiago entered private practice and pursued licensure in two states. She is authorized to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York. That dual admission lets her advise clients whose matters cross state lines. It also requires fluency in two sets of procedural rules and the willingness to handle jurisdictional complexities.

Her career has taken a steady, pragmatic arc rather than a parade of headlines. She has worked on matters that required careful statutory reading and plain-language explanation to clients. Colleagues describe her as methodical. Clients have relied on her to break down legal options and to prepare clear filings and responses. She combines courtroom preparation with day-to-day client counseling.

Santiago’s work often involves coordination between lawyers, experts and court personnel in different jurisdictions. That means managing deadlines in multiple court systems and keeping careful track of filing requirements. She makes practical choices about case strategy and timing. Those choices reflect an attention to detail and an interest in achieving predictable, enforceable results for those she represents.

Outside filings and hearings, she spends time on the fundamentals of case management: documenting client decisions, preserving records and preparing witnesses. She values plain language in client communication and prefers to give direct, actionable advice. That approach reduces surprises and helps clients understand trade-offs before they come to a hearing or negotiation.

Her practice today remains rooted in the two jurisdictions where she is licensed. She represents clients in matters that arise under Pennsylvania and New York law and manages cases that require work in both states. Her current practice focuses on representing clients in matters that span Pennsylvania and New York, handling procedural and substantive issues across those jurisdictions.
