Jeffrey Todd Brei is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona. He was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2001. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Brei is the founder and principal attorney at Brei Law Firm, a law firm located in Tucson, Arizona. He has been practicing law for over 24 years, serving clients throughout the Tucson metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
Mr. Brei earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, graduating in 1997. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Arizona, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1993. During his time at California Western, he developed a strong foundation in various areas of law, which he later applied in his legal career.
Mr. Brei concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, construction law, business law, and personal injury litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving commercial and residential real estate transactions, construction disputes, business formation and litigation, and personal injury claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Brei has handled cases in the Superior Court of Arizona for Pima County, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also appeared before various administrative agencies, including the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate attorney at a mid-size litigation firm in Tucson for several years.
Mr. Brei is an active member of the Arizona State Bar Association and the Real Property Law Section. He holds an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards. He is also a certified Real Estate Specialist by the Arizona State Bar, a designation he earned in 2006 after demonstrating a high degree of skill and professionalism in the field of real estate law.
