About Jeffrey S.
Jeffrey S. Quinn built his legal foundation in Maryland. He moved from college to law school in the same region and has practiced in the state since early in his career. Colleagues describe him as methodical and thorough. He presents facts clearly and keeps cases organized from intake through resolution.
Quinn earned a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola College in 2009. He continued his studies at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2012. Those years in Baltimore shaped his view of the law as both a profession and a public service. He left law school prepared for courtroom procedure and client counseling.
He joined Bekman, Marder, Hopper, Malarkey & Perlin, L.L.C. in 2013. His title there is listed as lawyer. Over the first years at the firm he handled varied tasks common to early legal practice: researching precedent, drafting pleadings, and assisting on trial preparation. The experience gave him sustained exposure to litigation workflows and practical courtroom demands.
Quinn is licensed to practice in Maryland. He holds memberships in the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice. Those ties connect him to the state bar community and to organizations that provide continuing legal education and professional resources. He uses those resources to stay current on procedural changes and evolving case law relevant to practice in Maryland courts.
At the firm, Quinn works on matters that bring him into Maryland courts and administrative settings. His day-to-day involves client interviews, legal research, and managing case files through discovery and motions practice. He often serves as part of a litigation team, contributing written work product and courtroom support. He also handles transactional and pretrial tasks when a matter calls for them.
Outside the office he maintains a professional presence within local legal circles and continues to attend bar and association events. That activity keeps him connected to colleagues and to developments in state law. He currently practices at Bekman, Marder, Hopper, Malarkey & Perlin, L.L.C., representing clients and addressing legal matters in Maryland.
