Jeffrey Rhodes is a seasoned civil litigator specializing in business and employment law. With over 25 years of experience, he represents clients across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. As a partner at McInroy, Rigby & Rhodes, LLP, located in Arlington, Virginia, Mr. Rhodes provides strategic advice to companies and executives. His focus includes structuring, drafting, and defending corporate transactions and employment practices. Notably, his expertise covers a range of issues, including contract disputes, non-compete agreements, wage and hour matters, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge claims. Mr. Rhodes earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University in 1992.
