About Jeffrey Allan
Jeffrey Allan Drake began his academic path with a bachelor’s degree from Gordon College in 1977 and completed his law degree at Capital University Law School in 1980. Those years set the groundwork for a career that would center on civil litigation in Pennsylvania. His studies combined liberal arts and legal training, and they prepared him for work in courtrooms and local government settings.
He established himself in the Doylestown area by the mid-1980s. In 1985 he was listed as a Doylestown injury attorney at Drake, Hileman & Davis, PC. That placement tied him to a firm that handles personal injury matters and civil disputes. Over time he developed practice habits that emphasized case development, client interviewing and the practical work of negotiating settlements and preparing for trial.
Drake has maintained ties to the legal community through professional groups and municipal work. He holds membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar and the Bucks County Bar Association. He also served as solicitor to the Hilltown Township and Dublin Borough Zoning Hearing Board. That municipal role put him into front‑line work on land use and local governance questions, advising boards on procedure and drafting opinions and orders.
His work in personal injury practice has involved representing clients who were injured in a range of accidents. He undertakes the routine tasks of civil litigation: gathering medical and accident records, consulting experts, filing claims, and pressing for resolution either at the negotiating table or through litigation when necessary. He has combined courtroom preparation with the local knowledge that comes from years practicing in Bucks County and surrounding parts of Pennsylvania.
Today he continues to practice at Drake, Hileman & Davis, PC in Doylestown. He represents individuals in personal injury cases and handles related civil matters in Pennsylvania courts and administrative settings.
