About Jason

Jason Wolf’s academic path began at Grinnell College, where he earned a B.A. in political science in 1995. He went on to graduate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007. Those two stops—Midwestern liberal arts and a Florida law school—frame a career that crosses state lines and federal courthouses.

After law school, Wolf entered private practice and has since built a steady legal career. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Florida and in the federal courts for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. Over time he moved into firm leadership and now serves as a shareholder at Parafinczuk Wolf Law Office. His role there combines case work and firm management, and he represents clients in matters that arise across the jurisdictions where he is admitted.

Colleagues and peers know him through professional organizations. He maintains membership in the Florida Bar Association and in the Northern District of Florida. Outside the bar, he serves on the steering committee for Citizens for Broward’s Children. He also holds membership in the Windstorm Insurance Network’s Long Range Planning Committee, a connection that helps him stay current on topics discussed by insurers, adjusters and other lawyers who handle property-related disputes.

Wolf’s courtroom activity and case work reflect a steady presence rather than a headline-grabbing practice. He spends a significant portion of his time preparing filings, attending hearings and counseling clients on procedural matters. He works on matters that require coordination across state and federal venues, which can mean juggling differing rules and timelines. Peers describe him as methodical in his preparation and plainspoken in his courtroom presentations.

Outside of litigation schedules he contributes time to community-oriented groups in Broward County. Serving on a steering committee for a children’s nonprofit has become one practical outlet for that engagement. He also follows developments in insurance practice forums, where long-term planning conversations can affect how insurance-related claims are handled.

Today he is a shareholder at Parafinczuk Wolf Law Office and continues to represent clients in state and federal courts in Florida and in Minnesota. His current practice focuses on representing clients in matters that arise within the jurisdictions where he is admitted and in the federal districts of Florida.
