About Jason
Jason Siegel trained as both a lawyer and a business professional at the University of Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance in 2001, followed by an MBA in international business in 2002. He returned to the Levin College of Law and received his J.D. in 2007. Those consecutive degrees shaped a practice that combines legal analysis with commercial awareness.
He began his legal career immediately after law school. In 2007 he worked at Fox, Wackeen, Dungey, Beard, Sobel, Bush and McCluskey, LLP, where he took on responsibilities typical of a first-year associate. The following year he joined the Office of Regional Counsel. That position introduced him to the processes of government lawyering and administrative work.
In 2011 he founded The Siegel Law Office, P.A. He established the firm to provide representation for clients in Florida and to manage both client matters and the day-to-day needs of a small practice. Running a solo or small-firm operation required him to handle case intake, client counseling, and the administrative duties that come with firm leadership.
Siegel’s combined background in finance, international business and law informs how he approaches matters. His work has included litigation and counseling in state forums, along with transactional and administrative tasks. He has represented individual clients and business entities, addressing practical problems that intersect legal rules and commercial considerations. His business training helps him evaluate risk and structure solutions that reflect both legal constraints and financial implications.
Outside of client work he maintains professional memberships and participates in bar-related activities. These engagements reflect an ongoing connection to the legal community in Florida. He has spoken and worked with peers on topics that affect the practice of law locally, and he continues to be active in professional circles.
Today he operates The Siegel Law Office, P.A. in Florida, where he manages client matters and firm operations. He handles disputes and transactional questions for clients across the state and focuses on delivering practical legal advice that accounts for business realities. His current practice concentrates on representing clients in state matters and providing counsel informed by his legal and business education.
