About Jason
Jason Palker built his legal career quickly. He went from paralegal work to running his own practice in a few years. The arc is straightforward. It shows steady advancement and early responsibility.
Palker earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Texas–Pan American in 2015. He then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2019. The combination of a science undergraduate degree and a law degree shaped his approach to cases that touch on technical or regulatory questions.
His entry into the legal field began at Vicente Gonzalez & Associates in 2013, where he worked as a paralegal. He continued in paralegal roles at Moore Law Office, starting in 2015. That office later brought him on as an attorney in 2019 after he completed law school. The progression from support staff to lawyer was compact but deliberate. Each role exposed him to different aspects of client work and courtroom preparation.
In 2020 he opened Palker Law Office and assumed the role of owner and principal lawyer. He manages the firm’s operations and handles client matters personally. The move to start his own practice followed a brief period practicing at Moore Law Office. It marked a transition to leading a small firm where he directs case strategy and client intake.
Palker has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2019 and is licensed to practice in Texas. His bar membership aligns with the start of his work as an attorney. He retains an active license and practices under Texas rules and procedures.
His educational background in environmental science informs how he evaluates cases that involve technical evidence or regulatory issues. That knowledge can assist in dissecting expert reports and understanding agency standards when they arise. He also draws on his paralegal years for case management and document preparation, skills that are evident in how his office handles filings and discovery.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in how he prepares files and in how he explains procedural steps to clients. He prefers clarity in communication and a measured approach to litigation planning. Since founding Palker Law Office, he has overseen a range of matters that come to a small Texas practice and continues to represent clients across the state. His current practice centers on serving clients in Texas.
