About Jason
Jason Javaheri trained in Southern California. He completed undergraduate work at the University of California, Los Angeles, then earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Those two schools supplied the academic foundation for his legal career.
He moved into practice in California after law school and built a practice that spans several of the state's major metropolitan areas. He maintains an office in Los Angeles that serves as his headquarters. He also works out of locations in San Diego, Rancho Cucamonga and San Francisco. That geographic spread reflects the range of issues he handles and the clients who come to him from different parts of the state.
Since 2016 he has been a member of the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. He has held membership in the Consumer Lawyers of California from the same year. Those associations connect him to peers who handle consumer protection and related litigation. They also provide a forum for case law updates and trial practice discussion.
Colleagues describe his work as grounded in courtroom practice and client advocacy. He appears in state courts and engages in litigation that arises from consumer disputes. He handles negotiations and trial preparation, and he manages the procedural demands of contested matters. He also pays attention to changing consumer statutes and regulatory developments that affect how claims are framed and pursued.
His approach to cases tends to be methodical. He reviews billing disputes, warranty matters, unfair business practice claims and other consumer-related issues with an eye on deadlines and proof. He prepares motions, takes and defends depositions, and presents evidence at trial when necessary. He also spends time assessing settlement options and advising clients about the potential risks and benefits of litigation versus resolution.
Outside of casework, he stays involved through the professional organizations that have counted him as a member since 2016. Those memberships keep him tied to a network of trial lawyers in California and to resources specific to consumer law practice. They also offer opportunities for continuing legal education and peer exchange.
He currently practices consumer protection and related litigation from offices in Los Angeles (headquarters), San Diego, Rancho Cucamonga and San Francisco.
