About Jason

Jason Flores practices law through his own office, Jason Flores Law, P.C. He came up through the usual channels of legal training and early practice and now manages a small firm that handles client-facing civil matters. He balances case work with involvement in bar groups and community volunteering.

Flores began building professional relationships in the mid-2010s. He joined the Orange County Bar Association and Consumer Lawyers of California in 2015. Two years later he expanded his network to include the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the American Association for Justice. Those memberships have remained active and form a steady part of his professional life.

Outside the bar associations, Flores has volunteered at Thomas House Family Shelter since 2017. He has taken on pro bono tasks and on-the-ground volunteer work there, helping with intake and client support rather than public-facing advocacy or fundraising. That volunteer time has given him regular contact with the kinds of client needs that often turn up in civil and consumer disputes.

Colleagues describe Flores as pragmatic in court and persuasive in client interviews. He has handled matters that require negotiation and, where necessary, litigation. He tends to emphasize clear case evaluation, early discovery, and practical settlement discussions. He participates in continuing legal education through association programming and keeps current on procedural developments in civil practice.

At Jason Flores Law, P.C., Flores oversees client intake and case strategy. The firm operates on a small-team model that keeps work close to the attorney-client relationship. Flores splits his time between preparing filings and advising clients, and he remains engaged in association activities that help him stay connected to peers across counties.

His professional memberships span local and national organizations and reflect an interest in consumer protection and trial work, as well as broader civil practice. Those memberships have provided CLE opportunities and a platform for informal consultation with other lawyers. He continues to volunteer at Thomas House Family Shelter while managing the day-to-day needs of his practice. He represents individuals in consumer and civil litigation matters through his firm.
