About Mohammad
Mohammad Abuershaid earned his J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He followed that formal training with litigation work in public defense and then private practice. Colleagues describe him as methodical in court and exacting in case preparation.
He began his public career in 2015 at the Orange County Public Defender’s office. There he handled criminal matters for clients who could not afford private counsel. The experience exposed him to heavy trial work and to the rhythms of indigent defense. Four years later he co-founded ALL Trial Lawyers and has served as a founding partner since 2019.
Abuershaid’s practice covers trial-level criminal defense and court representation in juvenile dependency matters. He has completed competency training through AdvoKids for juvenile dependency counsel, holding the Competent Counsel certification. Those trainings appear in his professional record more than once, reflecting repeated participation in juvenile dependency education.
In 2022 he secured admission to several federal courts. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Southern District Court of California. He also holds admission to practice in the state of California. That combination of state and federal admissions allows him to handle matters that move between state and federal forums.
At ALL Trial Lawyers he has built a practice that continues to include courtroom appearances and client counseling. The firm lists multiple office locations; Abuershaid works within that team as a trial lawyer and partner. His background as a public defender informs how he approaches jury trials and plea negotiations, and his juvenile dependency trainings inform how he represents parents and guardians in child-welfare proceedings.
Outside the courtroom he maintains professional connections to the courts where he is admitted and participates in ongoing legal education. His record shows steady advancement from a public defender role into firm leadership. He remains active in litigation and counsel work at ALL Trial Lawyers, handling criminal defense and juvenile dependency matters.
