About Jason E.
Jason E. Turner took a direct route into law after completing undergraduate studies in criminal justice at California State University, Fullerton in 1994. He went on to earn his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 1998. Those years framed a steady progression from classroom to courtroom.
He began practicing at the Law Offices of Robert D. Coviello in 1999. Over the next decade he worked at several small and midsize firms, including the Law Offices of Carl R. Stevens & Associates, the Law Offices of Craig J. Silver and the firm Tharpe & Howell. In 2008 he joined the Law Offices of Christopher P. Ruiz, APLC as senior counsel. The variety of settings gave him repeated exposure to litigation and client advocacy across civil matters.
Turner established the Law Office of Jason E. Turner, APC in 2017. The move to open his own practice followed nearly two decades of experience in other firms. That experience included both front-line defense work and responsibilities that required supervising aspects of case strategy and client communication.
Outside the office he has been active in Orange County’s legal community. He has been a member of the Orange County Bar Association since 1999. He also belonged to the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association from 2011 to 2020. Between 2011 and 2017 he participated in the William P. Gray Legion Lex Inn of Court, and from 2015 to 2017 he held membership in the Claims Litigation & Management Alliance. Those affiliations placed him in regular contact with other litigators and claims professionals.
Turner’s practice reflects a practitioner who moved through varied roles before launching his own firm. Colleagues and clients have known him for a practical approach to casework and for handling matters that require courtroom experience. He has worked on civil litigation across several stages, from initial pleadings to settlement negotiations and trials.
Today he runs the Law Office of Jason E. Turner, APC, where he continues to handle civil litigation matters. His current practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution in California.
