About Jason

Jason Costanzo earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2015, after beginning his legal studies in 2012. His time in law school included immersive coursework and legal research that prepared him for practice. He left Syracuse with a JD credential and moved into the practical side of the profession soon after graduation.

He began his legal career in 2015 as a lawyer at ARM Lawyers. Early casework exposed him to the day-to-day demands of client representation. He handled client interviews, prepared filings, and worked on negotiations and courtroom appearances. Those early years shaped a practical approach to problem solving and an understanding of how legal issues play out outside the classroom.

Costanzo is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Over the course of his career he has balanced written work with oral advocacy. He has written pleadings and motions, managed discovery, and prepared evidence and witnesses for hearings. He also interacted directly with clients to explain options and to set expectations about process and likely outcomes.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and purposeful in court. He tends to break complex problems into manageable parts and to set clear next steps for clients. That style shows up in his case files and in client meetings. It also informed how he approached deadlines and courtroom schedules.

Outside of file work, he has kept up with continuing legal education and professional development. He retains active standing in Pennsylvania and maintains relationships within the local legal community. Those contacts provide practical perspectives when cases require outside expertise or coordination with other professionals.

As a practicing lawyer he has remained rooted in the operational side of law practice. He has experience seeing matters through from intake to resolution and values clear communication about risk and timing. As of 2026 he practices law in Pennsylvania in private practice.
