About Jason

Jason Boyeskie trained at the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville and took his final law school steps in 2008. He entered the law school program in 2005, completing the Juris Doctor degree in a three-year run that set the stage for a career split between public service and private practice. He is a member of the Arkansas State Bar and remains active in the state legal community.

His early professional years placed him both behind the prosecutor’s table and in firm hallways. In 2013 he worked as an associate at Lisle Rutledge and also served as a prosecutor in West Fork, Arkansas. Those roles exposed him to courtroom work, case preparation, and local government legal processes. The work demanded quick assessment of facts and steady handling of procedural deadlines. It also required balancing competing priorities between office duties and on-the-record appearances in municipal and county settings.

After several years building those foundations, Boyeskie moved back into private practice. In 2019 he joined The Law Group of Northwest Arkansas as an associate. In that capacity he has taken on client matters across a range of state law issues handled by the firm. His time at a downtown prosecutor’s office and at a local civil firm gave him practical insight into how cases develop from initial charge or filing through resolution, whether by negotiation or trial.

Colleagues and clients often point to his practical courtroom experience and steady approach to case work. He has been involved in municipal prosecutions and has assisted on matters handled at the firm level. That mix of public and private experience informs how he prepares a file, drafts pleadings, and approaches hearings. He also maintains his standing in the Arkansas State Bar, which keeps him connected to continuing legal education and state-level professional developments.

Outside the courtroom, Boyeskie’s record is one of steady practice and steady presence in northwest Arkansas legal circles. He remains based in the region where he has practiced for more than a decade. He balances litigation-related tasks with client counseling, and he brings to each matter the procedural knowledge gained from years in both prosecution and private practice.

He currently practices at The Law Group of Northwest Arkansas, where his work draws on his prosecutorial background and private-practice experience and focuses on state-level matters handled by the firm.
