About James T.

James T. Jones earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2004. He completed the law program after beginning his studies earlier in the decade and left with the degree that set the stage for a private-practice career in Massachusetts. His academic years were followed by the practical work of launching a law practice and building a client base.

He entered private practice and established the Law Office of James T. Jones in 2013. That venture marked his move into solo practice and the responsibilities of running a small firm. He handled both client work and the administrative side of a growing practice, gaining experience in firm management along the way.

In 2019 he incorporated his next business venture, Elevate Law, P.C., and has led that firm as owner since. The corporate structure reflected a shift toward a more formal business model while keeping client service at the center of his work. Running Elevate Law involves supervising casework, directing staff, and setting the firm’s course in the Massachusetts legal market.

Jones is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and maintains a current membership in the Massachusetts State Bar. He has remained active in the state bar as a member, participating in professional activities that accompany private practice. His standing in the state bar supports his ability to represent clients under Massachusetts law.

Over more than a decade in practice he has moved from solo practice to leading a small corporation. He handles legal matters for clients in Massachusetts through his private firms and oversees the operations of Elevate Law, P.C. His current practice serves individuals and businesses in Massachusetts and continues to operate from his firm, Elevate Law, P.C.
