About James M.

James M. Rosenberg earned his B.A. in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida in 2014. He continued his studies at Florida Coastal School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2017. Those academic steps set the geographical and professional pattern for his career: education in Florida followed by practice in the state.

After law school Rosenberg entered the Florida legal community. He took on roles that led him into practice management and case work. By 2020 he was serving as Managing Lawyer at Lost Value Law, P.A. That title placed him in a position that mixed client-facing responsibilities with oversight duties. He manages daily operations, coordinates case handling, and works with other lawyers in the office to move matters forward.

Rosenberg’s work at the firm involves supervising the firm’s legal workflow and ensuring filings, deadlines, and court appearances proceed on schedule. He reviews matters for intake and guides case plans. The managing lawyer role also requires attention to administrative tasks, from calendaring to staff coordination, and he handles those alongside legal responsibilities.

Colleagues and clients encounter him primarily through the firm’s intake and case-management processes. In that capacity he often serves as a point person for new matters and for organizing litigation or other legal responses. His position demands regular contact with courts in Florida and coordination with opposing counsel when matters progress beyond initial stages.

Outside of day-to-day practice, Rosenberg’s background in criminology and law informs how he evaluates cases and assesses risk. The combination of an undergraduate degree focused on the criminal justice field and a law degree grounded in Florida practice provides a practical frame for his decision-making at the firm.

Rosenberg remains based in Florida and continues to work at Lost Value Law, P.A. He handles the managerial aspects of the firm’s practice while also participating in client matters as needed. He currently focuses his practice at Lost Value Law, P.A., serving clients through the firm’s Florida office.
