About Jake
Jake Oeth moved steadily from the study of politics to the practice of law. He earned a B.A. in political science from Loras College in 2009 and completed his J.D. at Drake University Law School in 2018. Those years of study set a clear path toward courtroom work and client advocacy.
After law school he set up his practice in Iowa. He is admitted to practice in that state and maintains memberships in several professional organizations, including the Iowa State Bar, the Iowa Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He attends association events and participates in continuing legal education programs that keep him current on developments in state law.
