About Jacqlyn Faye
Jacqlyn Faye Bryant earned a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2011. She moved from undergraduate studies into law school in the same state. Those years set a foundation in legal theory and procedure that she later applied in practice across Florida.
After law school, Bryant began her professional career in Florida. Public records show she has practiced in the state jurisdiction. In 2019 she served as a personal injury lawyer at Perenich, Caulfield, Avril & Noyes. That position placed her on cases involving injury claims and client representation in civil litigation.
Her work has centered on helping individuals navigate claims after accidents and other injuries. She has experience preparing pleadings, handling discovery, taking witness statements and negotiating settlements on behalf of plaintiffs. In court she has worked on motions and hearings that arise in personal injury matters. Her approach to cases combines case-by-case analysis and practical decision-making about litigation strategy and resolution.
Bryant maintains a presence in several professional associations. She is a member of the American Association for Justice and the National Association for Women Lawyers. She also belongs to the Fred G. Minnis Bar Association and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. Those memberships put her in contact with trial lawyers, women practitioners and local bar colleagues and provide access to continuing legal education and networking.
Colleagues describe her as a lawyer who focuses on client needs and the details of each file rather than broad publicity. She has handled a range of personal injury matters at the firm where she practiced in 2019. Today she practices personal injury law in Florida, working at Perenich Caulfield Avril & Noyes and representing injured clients in state-level civil matters.
