J. David Greene began his path to law after completing undergraduate work at the University of South Alabama and earning a J.D. from Jones School of Law. He entered the legal profession prepared for courtroom practice. Those early academic years gave him a practical grounding in legal research and courtroom procedure.
He launched Greene & Phillips - Injury Lawyers in 1998 and serves as a founding partner. Building a trial practice from the ground up required steady work and a readiness to handle difficult cases. Over time the firm established a presence that includes a Birmingham office.
Greene’s courtroom work has centered on injury litigation. He has handled a range of civil matters arising from accidents and claims of negligence. Trial work accounts for much of his docket. That experience has kept him in regular contact with judges, juries and other attorneys across Alabama.
