About Chelsea W.
Chelsea W. Aldridge built a clear path to the law through study and steady practice. She completed her undergraduate degree in sociology at Auburn University in 2016, then earned her J.D. from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 2019. Those years shaped her approach to legal work: attentive, practical and rooted in understanding how law affects everyday life.
At Auburn she studied social structures and community dynamics. That background informed her decision to pursue law. Law school placed her in classrooms and clinics where theory met client work. She left school with a law degree and a practical sense of courtroom procedure and client counseling.
After earning her J.D., she entered the Alabama legal community and is admitted to practice in the state. She has handled matters in state courts and worked on cases that require both litigation and careful preparation. Colleagues describe her as methodical; she tends to break complex problems into manageable steps and to prepare thoroughly for hearings and filings.
Aldridge practices at Joe M. Reed & Associates, LLC. Her work there involves representing clients in matters governed by Alabama law and addressing the procedural demands of state court practice. She drafts pleadings, appears in hearings and consults with clients on case strategy. In the office she balances written work with courtroom appearances, and she adapts to each client's needs rather than applying a single template to every matter.
Outside of client work, she remains connected to professional circles and follows developments in state law and procedure. Her legal education and early years of practice have kept her rooted in the practical side of representation.
