About Issac

Issac Cwibeker began his legal path at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he built the foundation for a career that spans two states. He arrived in law school intent on learning how courts and statutes function in everyday disputes. The experience shaped his practical approach to legal work and introduced him to both transactional and litigation concepts.

After completing his studies, Cwibeker gained admission to practice in New Jersey and New York. He established a regional practice that draws on the procedural and substantive differences between the two jurisdictions. That dual admission has allowed him to advise clients whose matters cross state lines and to handle filings in both systems when cases require it.

Cwibeker is an attorney at Novak Juhase & Stern. At the firm he works alongside colleagues on matters that arise in the New Jersey and New York legal environments. He has taken part in client meetings, drafting, and court filings, and he has worked to translate technical legal requirements into actionable next steps for clients. His colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing files and steady when court deadlines approach.

In day-to-day practice he emphasizes clarity. He aims to present issues in plain language and to expose the critical facts early in a case. He also pays attention to the rules and procedures that can shape an outcome, and he adjusts strategy when a situation changes. That combination of practical attention and procedural care guides how he manages matters from intake through resolution.

Cwibeker’s background at Cardozo provided exposure to a range of legal issues and an opportunity to learn from faculty and peers representing diverse perspectives. He carried those lessons into private practice, where he has continued to develop his professional judgment. Outside of the office he keeps current on developments in New Jersey and New York law that affect his work.

Today he practices at Novak Juhase & Stern, where he handles matters arising under New Jersey and New York law.
