About Isaac Isaiah
Isaac Isaiah Carr has built a career that bridges law and business. He began his academic path at Ball State University, attending from 2007 to 2012 and earning a B.A. in criminal justice and psychology. He moved to Valparaiso University School of Law in 2012 and completed his J.D. in 2015. While finishing law school he also pursued graduate study at Valparaiso University, completing an MBA in business law in 2016.
Carr is admitted to practice in Indiana. Soon after completing his MBA he took on an executive role at CCSK Law. He became chief executive officer in 2016 and has overseen the firm's operations since then. His title reflects responsibility for administrative direction as well as involvement in client matters.
His classroom training combined legal doctrine and business principles. That mix informs how he approaches corporate and transactional matters. Early study in criminal justice and psychology gives him an additional perspective on client needs and organizational behavior. The academic arc — from social science to law and business — shows a deliberate shift toward legal practice that intersects with commerce.
At CCSK Law Carr’s work includes handling business law issues and guiding the firm’s internal strategy. He manages day-to-day decisions, policies and the administrative framework that supports attorneys and staff. He also performs notarial duties and has maintained membership in the National Notary Association since 2016.
Colleagues describe him as someone who balances operational oversight with an interest in substantive legal work. He splits time between governance of the firm and direct involvement in cases and transactions that touch on business law. He is comfortable reviewing contracts, advising on business structure choices and working through compliance questions.
Outside the office, his background in psychology and criminal justice continues to inform his approach to problem solving. It also shapes how he communicates with clients and negotiates on their behalf.
Carr practices at CCSK Law in Indiana. He focuses his current practice on business law matters while leading the firm’s executive operations.
