About Hussein
Hussein Saleh earned his law degree from Whittier Law School in 2010 after completing a bachelor’s degree in finance at California State University, Long Beach. His academic path combined business training and legal study, a pairing that informed his early approach to litigation. He entered law school during a period of economic upheaval and left ready to try cases.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010 and began working as a trial lawyer the same year. That early courtroom work shaped his practice style. He learned to manage evidence, argue motions and handle jury trials. Over the years he has remained based in California and continued practicing under the State Bar’s jurisdiction.
Saleh’s memberships reflect the circles in which he works. He belongs to the American Bar Association and is a member of the Consumers Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Those affiliations indicate regular contact with peers who prosecute consumer disputes and defend clients in contested matters. He also maintains at least one additional professional membership.
Colleagues describe his work as practical and procedure-minded. He spends time preparing cases for trial and on the mechanics that affect outcomes in court. That includes drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and presenting evidence before judges and juries. He brings his finance background to bear when cases require analysis of economic records or damages calculations.
Saleh balances court work with the administrative and strategic tasks that accompany a litigation practice. He evaluates potential claims, advises clients on litigation risks and timelines, and negotiates settlements when that serves a client’s interests. When a matter moves toward trial, he handles the trial plan and courtroom advocacy.
He has maintained his practice through evolving legal and procedural changes in California courts. He keeps professional ties through the ABA and local lawyer groups, which provide continuing legal education and forums for discussing developments in consumer law and trial practice.
He currently practices in California, handling trial work and matters involving consumer law.
