About Howard Glenn
Howard Glenn Silverman built a legal career on courtroom work and client representation across two states. He began his academic path at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in finance. He then turned to law, graduating from Dickinson School of Law. Those studies set the stage for a career that has centered on trials and litigation.
After law school Silverman entered litigation practice and later took on roles that put him at the front of the courtroom. He served as a trial lawyer at Haggerty & Silverman P.C., where he handled a range of civil cases. He moved on to become lead trial lawyer at Kane & Silverman P.C., taking on greater responsibility for strategy and courtroom presentation. Over the years he has tried cases in both state and federal venues in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
His peers have recognized his trial work. He is listed among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers. That recognition sits alongside memberships in several professional organizations: the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania State Bar, and trial lawyer groups such as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers. He also holds membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Silverman practices in jurisdictions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. That dual admission means he can handle cross-border litigation and represent clients who have claims that touch both states. His courtroom work includes jury trials, bench trials, and settlement negotiations when matters resolve short of trial. Colleagues describe him as steady under pressure, preferring clear fact presentation to theatrical flourishes.
In his current roles he leads trial work at Kane & Silverman P.C. and is associated with New Jersey Personal Injury Lawyers, maintaining offices that serve clients locally and regionally. He continues to accept cases that require trial experience and individual attention. He currently concentrates his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
