About Harmony Anne
Harmony Anne Healy earned her legal training at Regent University School of Law. She completed the program there before beginning a career that has moved between public service and private practice. Her educational background provided the foundation for courtroom work and appellate filings.
She began her public-sector career in the Jefferson County District Lawyer's Office, where she served as a Senior Assistant District Lawyer in 2009. In that role she handled matters on behalf of the state, appearing in court and managing case work from charging through disposition. That early experience exposed her to trial practice and the procedural demands of criminal and regulatory matters.
After several years in public service she transitioned into private practice. In 2021 she joined HoganWillig, PLLC as a lawyer. Her time in private practice has included representing clients in both state and federal forums. She is admitted to practice in New York and before the Federal Circuit, which allows her to take cases that move beyond state courts into federal trial and appellate settings.
Her professional affiliations include active membership in the State Bar of New York. That membership keeps her connected to developments in New York law and the broader legal community. Colleagues describe her as someone who moves through the courtroom calendar methodically and who handles filings and hearings with attention to procedure.
Healy’s experience spans prosecutorial responsibilities and civil litigation work. The public-sector background informs how she prepares cases and assesses risk for clients. In private practice she has managed pretrial preparation, motions, and courtroom appearances. She has worked on matters that require coordination between state courts and federal procedures, drawing on her admissions and earlier trial work.
Clients and opposing counsel see a lawyer who understands the deadlines and formalities that shape litigation. Her practice emphasizes courtroom readiness and appellate possibilities when cases call for them. She maintains an active role in professional circles through her State Bar of New York membership and the work she performs at her firm.
She is currently based at HoganWillig, PLLC, where her practice centers on litigation in state and federal courts, including matters that may proceed to the Federal Circuit.
