About Tyler J.
Tyler J. Eckert earned his law degree from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. He completed the rigorous curriculum there and went on to begin his professional legal career soon after. His academic background provided the foundation for the practical work he would take on in New York.
He joined Tiveron Law PLLC in 2022. Early on he took on responsibilities typical of a lawyer at a growing firm: counseling clients, preparing documents, and appearing in court when matters required. His time at the firm has been concentrated in New York, and he has built experience handling the procedural and substantive demands of state practice.
Eckert became a member of the State Bar of New York in 2023. That membership allows him to practice in the state and to engage with the professional community there. He is listed as a current member and participates in professional activities consistent with maintaining an active license.
At Tiveron Law, he works out of multiple locations. The firm operates a main office as well as dedicated Buffalo and Lancaster offices. Eckert splits his time across those locations as client needs and case work dictate. That arrangement has given him exposure to both urban and suburban client matters and allowed him to develop a local practice across communities in the region.
Colleagues describe his approach as steady and practical. He focuses on preparing clear case files, meeting deadlines, and communicating with clients in plain language. He has worked on matters that require attention to procedural detail and on files that call for courtroom presence. The work has required organization and responsiveness; those are qualities he has emphasized in his day-to-day practice.
Outside of casework he remains connected to the legal community through the State Bar of New York. That affiliation provides access to continuing education and to networks of peers and mentors in the state. He uses those resources to keep current on developments that affect his clients.
As of 2026, Eckert continues to represent clients through Tiveron Law PLLC, serving matters across the firm’s Buffalo and Lancaster offices and practicing in New York.
