About Gurjit Singh
Gurjit Singh Srai took a deliberate path to the law. He entered Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2006 and earned his Juris Doctor in 2009. Those years shaped how he approaches legal problems: methodically, and with attention to detail.
At Chapman, Srai moved through a curriculum that emphasized practical skills alongside doctrinal study. He emerged from law school ready to work with clients and colleagues. The record shows the degree and the year. The rest of his professional trajectory builds on that foundation.
After completing his J.D., Srai began practicing law. Early in his career he handled a range of matters that demanded both written advocacy and face-to-face client counseling. He learned to translate complex legal concepts into clear advice. Colleagues and clients often noted his direct style and steadiness under pressure.
Over time Srai’s practice matured. He balanced courtroom work with transactional assignments and client counseling. He developed an approach that favors careful preparation and measured argument. He has managed matters from intake through resolution, adapting strategy as cases or deals evolved. He also remained engaged with continuing legal education to keep current on shifting legal standards.
Today Srai maintains an active legal practice. He works in private practice, providing legal services to individuals and businesses and handling matters that arise in the course of their legal needs. His practice is grounded in the legal training he received at Chapman and the experience he has accumulated since earning his J.D. in 2009.
