During his time at the University of San Diego, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in business and estate planning law.
Mr. Borman concentrates his practice in the areas of business transactional matters and estate planning. Mr. Borman is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He is also involved in community service, serving on the advisory council of one of San Diego County's largest non-profit organizations. In his personal time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as backpacking in the Sierra Nevada and spending time around the Pacific Ocean. He is married with a daughter and resides in the San Diego area.
