Gregory Harrison Kassel is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Kassel is the owner of Kassel & Kassel Law Offices, a law firm located at 1200 California St., Suite 260, Redlands, CA 92374. He has been practicing law for over 34 years, serving clients throughout the Inland Empire region, including San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
Mr. Kassel earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State School of Law in San Diego, graduating in 1989. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Denver, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1985. During his time at Western State, he focused on criminal law, which laid the foundation for his future practice.
Mr. Kassel concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, DUI & DWI, and juvenile law. He represents individuals in matters involving criminal appeals, drug crimes, expungement, fraud, gun crimes, internet crimes, sex crimes, theft, and violent crimes. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kassel has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Supreme Court. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Bernardino for five years.
Mr. Kassel is an active member of the State Bar of California and the San Bernardino County Bar Association. He holds membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice. He is also a certified mediator through the San Bernardino County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Kassel is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Inland Empire effectively.
