About Gregory Edward

A dual-degree graduate, Gregory Edward Glass earned both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville in 1994. He completed the two programs the same year, combining legal training with business study. That educational pairing has informed the way he approaches court work and case planning.

Glass is admitted across multiple state and federal jurisdictions. He holds licenses in Georgia and Tennessee and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He is also admitted to the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 11th and 6th Circuits. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2000 and remains listed as a current member there.

His career has included work in both state and federal courts. Over time he has handled filings and appearances in trial courts and at the appellate level. That practical courtroom experience has required managing procedural schedules, preparing briefs, and presenting oral arguments when appeals have been pursued. Colleagues describe him as methodical in court preparation and attentive to procedural detail.

In recent years Glass has continued to practice in jurisdictions where he holds admission. He frequently appears in matters that require familiarity with both Georgia and Tennessee procedural rules and with the appellate frameworks of the 6th and 11th Circuits. He maintains an active license and continues to represent clients in state and federal forums. He currently practices in Georgia and Tennessee, handling matters in the state and federal courts where he is admitted.
