Throughout his career, Mr. Rapoport has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Prior to joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP in 2018, he was a partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP from 1988 to 1998 and served as Principal at the Law Offices of Gregg A. Rapoport, APLC from 2004 to 2018.

Mr. Rapoport is an active member of the State Bar of California and serves on the Editorial Board of the Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine. He is also a member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group and The Esquire Network. He has authored articles on data breach and insurance and is recognized as a Super Lawyer in his field.
