About Greg
Greg Rosenfeld builds his practice on years spent learning how cases look from every angle. He read philosophy and English at the University of Colorado, Boulder, finishing both in 2006. He earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2011, where criminal defense work took up much of his time as a student lawyer.
His early years in the legal field combined investigative work and courtroom exposure. While an undergraduate and law student he worked as an investigative intern for the Colorado State Public Defender and the Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Defense Division. He later served as a criminal defense investigator for the Legal Aid Society. Those on-the-ground roles deepened his understanding of fact-gathering and client interviews.
During law school he gained appellate and judicial experience. He clerked for the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia in 2009 and interned with the California Appellate Project in 2010. That same year he served as a judicial extern to Justice Francis X. Flaherty at the Rhode Island Supreme Court and worked in the Roger Williams University Criminal Defense Clinic as a student lawyer.
Rosenfeld moved into public defense work after law school. In 2011 he joined the 15th Judicial Circuit Office of the Public Defender in Palm Beach County as an assistant public defender. The courtroom hours there exposed him to a steady docket of felony and misdemeanor matters and provided regular trial experience.
He transitioned to private practice in mid-decade. In 2015 he worked at The Skier Law Office, P.A., and a year later he opened his own firm, the Law Offices of Greg Rosenfeld, P.A. Since 2016 he has operated that practice, handling cases across state and federal venues and managing the business side of a small firm.
Outside of his casework Rosenfeld has been active in professional organizations. He has served in leadership roles within the Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, including president and participation on its continuing legal education committee. He holds memberships in the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Since 2015 he has been admitted to practice in federal courts including the Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit.
Rosenfeld’s work combines trial and investigative experience. He represents clients in criminal matters at both the state and federal level and handles pretrial motions, jury trials, and post-conviction matters. He currently practices through the Law Offices of Greg Rosenfeld, P.A., concentrating on criminal defense in Palm Beach County and federal courts.
