About Greg

Greg Prosmushkin built his legal foundation in Philadelphia. He earned a Bachelor of Science in International Area Studies from Drexel University in 1991. He continued his studies at Temple University, receiving a J.D. in 1994 and later returning to Temple to complete an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy in 2011. Those academic steps reflect a long view of courtroom work and an interest in deepening litigation skills.

Early in his career Prosmushkin established himself across several state lines. He is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. That multi-jurisdictional admission has allowed him to litigate in different forums and to address procedural and substantive variations among neighboring states. Colleagues describe him as someone who handles the practical details that courtroom practice requires.

Prosmushkin pursued the LL.M. in Trial Advocacy after years of practice. The advanced degree emphasized skill development: trial technique, evidence presentation and direct and cross-examination strategies. Returning to graduate study later in a legal career is not a common route, and for him it was a deliberate choice to refine courtroom abilities and to sharpen advocacy methods.

His professional affiliations include membership in the Million Dollar Advocates. That organization recognizes attorneys who have obtained verdicts and settlements of a certain magnitude. Membership is one among several markers of a litigator who has participated in high-value matters. Prosmushkin’s record shows experience in contested cases that proceeded to trial or serious negotiation.

Prosmushkin’s practice has involved work in both state and federal courts. He has engaged in motion practice, evidentiary hearings and jury trials, often handling the preparation that trials require: discovery strategy, witness preparation and trial exhibits. He has navigated differences in procedure between jurisdictions and represented clients at various stages of litigation, from pleadings through post-trial matters.

Today Prosmushkin maintains an active litigation practice across New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He combines earlier trial training with later graduate study in trial advocacy, and he continues to represent clients in contested civil matters in state and federal courts. His current practice centers on courtroom representation and litigation in those jurisdictions.
