About Graham
Graham Scofield built a career that moves from classroom to courtroom in a steady, traditional arc. He studied English and history as an undergraduate and then turned to law. The shift set the stage for a decade-and-a-half of work on injury cases in Georgia.
Scofield earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University in 2006, where he read English and history. He continued his studies at Emory University School of Law, completing his Juris Doctor in 2009. Those years at Emory coincided with the emergence of his interest in trial work and case investigation.
His first position out of law school was as an associate at Hornsby Law Group in 2009. He spent the early part of his career learning the mechanics of litigation, handling case preparation, client interviews and discovery. In 2016 he joined Buddoo & Associates as an associate. That role broadened his exposure to contested claims and negotiations, and it preceded his move into firm leadership.
In 2018 Scofield became co-owner and managing partner of Allen & Scofield Injury Lawyers. He led a small team and helped shape the firm’s day-to-day operations as well as its client work. He later established Graham Scofield Injury Lawyers, where he continues to practice. Throughout his career he has worked exclusively in Georgia, representing clients in matters arising from accidents and injuries.
Scofield is a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has applied that credential to case evaluation and to parsing insurance documentation. The credential complements his litigation background and aids in assessing claims where fraud, misrepresentation or complex billing issues appear.
Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in the courtroom and detail-oriented in case preparation. He spends considerable time on investigation and evidentiary review. Clients working through recovery, medical bills and insurance disputes are the people who most often come to him for help.
Today he practices under the name Graham Scofield Injury Lawyers. He handles personal injury matters in Georgia and continues to work on both negotiation and trial-ready cases.
