About Glen E.
Glen E. Frost combines training in accounting and law. He began his studies at Stevenson University, where he earned a B.S. in accounting in 2002 and later an M.S. in forensic accounting. He went on to the University of Baltimore for his law degrees, completing a J.D. and later adding an LL.M. in Tax Law and a certificate in estate planning.
His early career moved between accounting and audit work. In 2004 he worked as an auditor at Grant Thornton LLP. He later held roles at the Law Office of Gerald W. Kelly as a certified public accountant and then as a lawyer and CPA. He handled tax matters for Thomas & Libowitz, P.A. before starting his own practice.
Frost has run Frost Law since 2011. He is also listed as owner and president of Glen E. Frost, Holdings, a position noted from 2002. The record shows experience across public accounting and private practice, giving him a background in both financial statement work and client-side tax counseling.
He holds both Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner credentials. Those credentials sit alongside a long list of professional memberships. He serves as president of the American Citizens Abroad Global Foundation. Circuit and the Federal Circuit.
Colleagues and clients see him as someone who moves between tax controversy, estate planning and the accounting issues that attend both areas. His background in forensic accounting and public accounting informs litigation positions and advisory work. He has structured his practice to handle federal tax cases and related matters while providing estate planning and financial planning services.
His current practice centers on tax, estate planning and related federal litigation.
