Gerardo M. "Gerry" Balboni II is a seasoned corporate attorney based in Atlanta, Georgia, with over 40 years of experience in business and securities law. He is a partner at Krevolin & Horst LLC, a firm specializing in business and corporate law. Gerry earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1984, graduating cum laude. During law school, he served as an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was a member of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board. He also received an MBA from Stetson University in 1977 and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of South Florida in 1975. Admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 1984, Gerry has been an active member of the legal community. He has written the recent developments column for the Technology Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and has authored articles on topics such as venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and taxation.

He has served as Senior Warden of St. Patrick's Episcopal Church in Dunwoody, Georgia, and is on the Board of Ring Lake Ranch in Dubois, Wyoming.
