About Gennady
Gennady Litvin built his academic foundation on two coasts. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Pace University in 2004 and went on to receive a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008. Those years gave him both the classroom training and the practical perspective that inform his approach in court and in client meetings today.
He began his legal career shortly after law school and has since worked in private practice. He serves as an associate at the Law Office of Yuriy Moshes, P.C. The role has placed him in a small-firm environment where case work, client contact and courtroom preparation are regular parts of the day.
Litvin is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. He has been a member of the State Bar of Florida since 2008 and holds memberships in federal courts in New York, including the Eastern and Southern District Courts. Those admissions mean he handles filings and appearances across state and federal dockets in both states.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation. He spends time on procedural details and on drafting pleadings and motions. He also appears in hearings and conferences in the New York federal courts where he has secured the necessary admissions. The record of memberships suggests steady professional engagement since the late 2000s.
Litvin’s work at the Law Office of Yuriy Moshes, P.C. is rooted in the practice rhythms of a Manhattan office. He manages client communications, pretrial work and the day-to-day litigation tasks that keep matters moving forward. He maintains professional memberships that keep him connected to the court systems in which he practices.
Outside of the office he remains based in New York. He has developed experience handling matters that require coordination across jurisdictions, chiefly between New York and Florida. He continues to serve clients through the Law Office of Yuriy Moshes, P.C., working on cases that arise in both states and in the federal courts where he holds membership.
He is currently an active member of the bar and practices as an associate in the Manhattan office of the Law Office of Yuriy Moshes, P.C., representing clients in matters across New York and Florida.
