About Randy

Randy Haddad earned a J.D. from New York Law School in 2023 after completing undergraduate studies at the New York Institute of Technology, where he received a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology in 2019. His academic path combined social science and legal training. It gave him a grounding in both how people think and how rules are applied.

His time in college and law school overlapped study of human behavior and legal doctrine. That mix informed his approach to problems in and out of the courtroom. He studied Legal Studies during law school and completed a liberal arts foundation in psychology and sociology as an undergraduate. Those fields shape how he evaluates facts and interacts with clients.

After finishing law school, Haddad began practicing in New York. He is admitted to the New York bar and works in the state. Early in his career he took on assignments that required clear writing and careful analysis. He has handled matters that call for methodical fact-gathering and steady legal reasoning.

Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in legal work. He tends to break complex issues into simpler parts. That approach helps when cases present mixed legal and factual questions. He has developed practical habits: prioritize the critical facts, map the applicable law, and explain options in straightforward terms.

Haddad’s background in psychology and sociology also shows up in client interactions. He pays attention to how people frame their stories. That attentiveness can affect how testimony is prepared and how negotiations proceed. He applies this perspective without resorting to theatrics. The result is a measured style that aims to keep legal matters on track.

Outside of casework, he has remained connected to the academic communities that shaped him. He continues to follow developments coming out of New York’s courts and law schools. He watches changes in procedural rules and decisions that affect everyday practice.

Randy Haddad practices law in New York and brings a combination of legal training and social-science background to his work. He currently practices in New York and focuses on client representation within the state.
