Gary A. Wais built his legal foundation through a sequence of degrees that mix law, management and healthcare administration. He earned a B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1978, then completed an MBA and a Certificate in Health Administration at the University of Miami in 1980. He finished his legal training at the University of Baltimore School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1983.
